Job Description:
The British College of Sciences is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a College Coordinator. As the College Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating between authorities and personnel, guiding personnel, and ensuring the successful completion of tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting the British College of Sciences to diverse audiences, including engaging in sales-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between various regulations and college authorities, departments, and personnel to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Guide and support college personnel, providing assistance and clarification on tasks, projects, and policies, or implements on its own, when necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on the progress of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow between different stakeholders within the college.
- Represent the British College of Sciences in various forums, events, and meetings.
- Deliver engaging presentations and informational sessions about the college, its programs, and services to diverse audiences.
- Conduct sales-related activities, including promoting the college’s offerings and assisting with enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract prospective students.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to coordination activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (education, business administration, communications, etc.) is preferred.
- Proven experience in coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in sales-related activities is desirable.
- Familiarity with the education sector and understanding of college programs and services.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to achieving organizational goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
